Mac Support
Apple sure makes beautiful computers. Additionally, Macs rarely have issues
with viruses, and they offer a simple, stable computing experience.
Macs are not without their own problems from time to time, however.
Because the Mac user base is markedly smaller than that of its PC brethren,
solutions for software glitches are sometimes harder to find. And as each model is designed
from the ground up, Mac parts are more expensive and often entail a special
order.
Luckily, there are more support options available in the area now, and Nelson
PC offers a full range of services for Mac users.
It should be mentioned that Nelson PC is not an Authorized Service Center—
in other words, warranty work cannot be completed without additional cost. But
I have many Mac residential, business and organizational clients. I have access
to almost any hard-to-find Mac part, and can suggest many excellent peripherals
(i.e.. printers, scanners, etc.) that are Mac compatible.

Computer Delivery

Take advantage of my computer delivery service. For an additional $10 charge on your bill, a driver will pick up and return your computer to you at your convenience (within Nelson only). |
On Site Support

Business and residential customers can take advantage of on-site service for an additional $20 charge per visit. Often the types of assistance that people request can be far better served from my home office, and I will advise you if this is the case. |
